Both Mark and Belinda have considerable experience in gardening, viticulture and wine.
Belinda holds two University degrees and Mark has co-owned vineyards in the Hunter Valley and Megalong Valley and in 1998 completed Certificate III in Food Processing (Wine – Viticulture) at Western Institute of TAFE in Orange and was nominated for their Outstanding Graduating Student Award.
In 2003 he was awarded a Wine Advisor’s Certificate by the University of Western Sydney and the International Wine Academy studying under Professor Geoffrey Skurray, Director, Centre for Advanced Food Services UWS and Dr Alan Young, President, International Wine Academy.
Mark holds a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate originally awarded in 2003 and served on the Advisory Board for some years of a wine and food importing and distribution company. He has been a co-owner of a Sydney restaurant and has some years experience working for other restaurants and as head waiter at over 100 weddings and large functions.
Mark also holds an Advanced Certificate of Alcohol Distilling.
After training as a Viticulturist, he became a Viticulture Consultant and Contractor engaged in designing, building and maintaining vineyards in the Hunter, Megalong and Kanimbla Valleys.
